I was meeting with a client several years ago and he looked right at me and said, “Ok Mike, my wife and I have met with several other agents and honestly everyone sounds about the same. What makes you different and why should we hire you?”

That’s a fair and honest question. When you get right down to it, it’s probably the most important question that a client has for an agent. We discussed how I conducted my business and how I would work for him and his family. My answer must have been good enough because I got the listing and we sold his home. But, that really got me thinking about what exactly the Reames Realty Difference was, and how best to explain it to our potential clients. I always knew that we were different and felt that we provided exceptional service. Feeling that you are different is fine, but I needed a clear and concise way to articulate our company’s differences to people. I gathered my thoughts and wrote out what makes our team great.

I’ve thought long and hard about how Tiffany and I conduct our business. I’ve considered what sets us apart and why you should choose our team to sell your home. We started with a short and concise list and over time that list has grown. We have come to call this list, Our Core Values. This list has become a guiding principle for our firm. It has become such an integral part of our core values that a plaque hangs in our office lobby.
