I have lived in Marlbank since 2005 with my wife Jill and our three children. Marlbank is my home. My clients are more than just sellers and buyers - they’re my good friends and neighbors!

Welcome to Marlbank, a neighborhood that I am proud to call both my home and my area of expertise. Since 2005, I have had the privilege of living in this vibrant community, and in that time, I've become deeply connected with its unique character, homes, and residents. My roots in York County run deep—I've lived on the Peninsula my entire life and grew up here in Yorktown. This lifelong connection to the area gives me a unique perspective and understanding of what makes Marlbank and the surrounding communities special.

All three of our children grew up as Mudtoads. They developed into strong swimmers and created life long friendships with so many neighborhood kids. Jill and I loved our time as Mudtoad parents and had such good times with our Marlbank friends.

In addition to my professional experience, I am actively involved in the Marlbank community. I currently serve on the board of the Marlbank Cove HOA, a role I've held at various times over the years. My family is deeply rooted here—my children grew up in this neighborhood and were proud members of the Marlbank swim team. My wife, Jill, is a dedicated first-grade teacher at Dare Elementary, and together, we've raised our three children in Marlbank. I have a deep understanding of the community's dynamics, amenities, and lifestyle.

Fall is the time for football and tailgates. Sitting at Bailey Field watching the Falcons play or traveling across the state to be with friends and family is one of our family’s favorite things to do.

As a real estate professional, I've sold over 51 homes in Marlbank alone and over 300 throughout York County. Before transitioning to real estate, I had a successful career in construction management, where I played a crucial role in building many of the area's landmark buildings.
