I specialize in market research and pricing strategies, ensuring that homes are positioned competitively. I also create all of our print and online marketing materials to attract the right buyers. Negotiating is one of my greatest strengths, and with my background in construction, I bring a distinct advantage when negotiating home repairs.

Tiffany manages contract administration and coordinates every aspect of the selling process. She schedules and organizes property showings, gathers agent feedback, and ensures every contract stays on track. From contract ratification to closing day, she meticulously manages the timeline so that every deal progresses smoothly.

We like to think of ourselves as Outside Sales and Inside Sales. I’m in the field meeting with clients, while Tiffany manages the critical behind-the-scenes operations that keep transactions moving forward.

Together, we have successfully sold over 500 properties, including land, condominiums, townhomes, single-family homes, and commercial properties. Our experience over the years has made us one of the most successful and knowledgeable real estate teams on the Peninsula.
